You can reach us round the clock by filling the form on our Contact Page. Our sales lines are available via WhatsApp or voice call from 9am to 6pm weekdays and 10am to 6pm weekends.

Kindly help us keep costs down by placing your order online using our automated system whenever possible.

Logistics

We send out deliveries at 10am daily Monday to Friday only, and same day deliveries are only available to Lagos Zones 1 and 2 orders placed before 10am. Delivery timelines for other locations depend on the specific address. You can ask a Sales Rep for timeline estimates for your location.

Please note that due to the volume of orders we process, deliveries are not time bound, and will happen anytime between 10am and 6pm on the day of delivery. We are unable to guarantee a fixed delivery time for any one customer, as ALL customer orders are important, and one cannot be prioritized over another one.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Bank Transfer. Your card is charged at checkout so we cannot make changes once the order is placed.

Discounts apply ONLY to purchases above 10,000 Naira (before shipping). Coupon codes MUST be entered correctly at checkout. You should see the discount before you check out.

Please check your order carefully BEFORE you check out. We cannot make changes once your order has been placed. If you need additional merchandise, you will need to place another order. We do not accept refund requests due to a change of mind or location, etc.

Although allergic reactions to our pure and natural ingredients are uncommon, we recommend testing our products first by using them on a small patch of skin for 24 hours. If redness or irritation develops, discontinue use.
